    Cosmos Research

While learning about the Life Cycle of Stars and the Big Bang Theory, you will produce a stop motion video on a related topic of your choice. The goal is to deepen and express your understanding of the scientific concepts through a creative process. First, you will research the topic in Science then write the storyboard in Science and Technology classes. Next, you will set your stage in Technology class or at home to photograph each frame and/or film one-second videos using materials of your own choosing:  clay, toys, paper, drawings, animal, vegetable, or mineral. Finally, in Technology class and at home, you will construct and edit the stop motion video utilizing iMovie software.
