G10: Curation Project: Home

Welcome to the G10 Curation Project!

To curate is to “select, organize, and look after,” usually in reference to artifacts gathered under a common idea or purpose. Curating artifacts requires us to understand, analyze, evaluate, and ultimately create, which, according to Bloom’s Taxonomy, are higher-level thinking skills.

Project Overview

The Curation Project is guided by the pillars of the course, and asks students to curate a collection artifacts that align with a single idea anchored in the texts they've read over the year in English 10. The project is designed to do the following:

  • Give students an opportunity to synthesize the themes of the course, their individual findings as learners, and thru lines that they've identified within the course.
  • Give students the flexibility to challenge themselves as they see fit, chasing down ideas that have nott been fully explored or developed, and pursuing ideas under the big picture themes that are of personal interest.
